Registration 2010

Registration dates/times for the 2010 season will be held on
February 6,7,13,14 from 1-4pm
Additionally there will be a session on Wed, Feb 10, from 6 - 8pm.
These will take place at the Layritz Clubhouse in Layritz Park at the end of Layritz Ave.
We will be accepting late Registrations during Major Baseball Tryouts at the park on Saturday, Feb 20 and Feb 27, 1-4pm.
For players who are new to Layritz, a registration card can be downloaded here. Print the form, fill out the top half, then bring it in along with your player's birth certificate to registration.
Players may request to be on the same team as another player. Please download and complete the Request for Team Assignment form, and bring it to registration. We will attempt to accomodate as many requests as practical while balancing team composition.
(League Directors reserve the right to make balanced teams)

2010 Fees
Blast Ball $30 - no fundraising
Tee Ball $55 + fundraising
Mini Minors $65 + fundraising
All other divisions $75 + fundraising
Fundraising Fee
There are two choices for the mandatory fundraising fee.
1. Pay flat fee of $30
2. Buy a box of 25 Chocolate bars for $50. Sell them for $2 each and keep the $50.
Sorry - Chocolates are now sold out. Option 1 is left.
Please make cheques payable to Layritz Little League.
An additional seperate post dated cheque will be required at registration for a uniform deposit for all divisions with the exception of Blast Ball, Tee Ball, and Mini Minor Baseball.
Family Discount
When 3 or more players from the same family are registered (not including Blast Ball) there is a $30 discount.
Helmet Sales
Batting helmets are available for sale for $20 at registration and afterward at the concession. Helmets are mandatory at all levels of play.
Major Baseball Tryouts Complete - Access to Major Baseball Now Closed
Those players wishing to play Major Baseball will need to attend tryouts/assessments.
Assements for returning Majors players and tryouts for those attempting to get into Majors.
Players must attend at least two sessions, and not more than four.

Later sessions may be cancelled if all candidates attend earlier sessions.
We have only had 2 out of 49 players show interest in attending on Feb 28 so we are cancelling it for the time being.
